Andrea has suffered a lower back injury that she would not allow to be a setback in her life. After seeing success with Pilates on her own, Andrea wanted to take it to the next level. She’s trains 2x a week with Jason focusing on stretch routines and circuit training which includes her favorite exercise, jumping rope!
Brandon teamed up with Ultima Fitness Performance so he could become fitter, faster, and stronger. Brandon will be playing lacrosse in the collegiate level and is perfecting his skills. As a strength and conditioning specialist, Jason focuses on coaching agility work and fitness performance training. Brandon and Jason train indoors and outdoors alike. You can find them training at the amphitheater near our SPINtegration center on the field with hurdles, ladders, and cones.
Susan trains to improve her skills on the tennis court as well as her core strength. After sustaining an injury to her arm last year she was unable to exercise. She has teamed up with Ultima Fitness Performance and is now back to doing pull-ups, playing tennis 2x per week, and pushing past boundaries.
